Jeff is the visionary founder and owner of The Addiction Recovery Evolution, LLC., and he has been a driving force in the addiction therapy field since 2014. His educational foundation was laid at Columbia University in the city of New York during his undergraduate years, followed by a Master’s Degree in Addiction Counseling at Grand Canyon University. As a Licensed Independent Substance Abuse Counselor (LISAC), he has an extensive background and unwavering commitment to aiding those grappling with addiction, as well as their families. Proficient in both individual and group settings, Jeff provides comprehensive treatment, education, and vital referrals and resources. His passion and expertise reflect his commitment to facilitating transformative change. Jeff's passion for providing services is grounded in a profound comprehension of addiction and effective therapeutic approaches — a true beacon of hope in the journey towards recovery.
Shawna Tremoulis, MS, LASAC
Shawna is a dedicated Associate addiction therapist, driven to guide individuals towards effective recovery from addiction and other related self-destructive behaviors. Shawna has a genuine passion for facilitating family healing and growth amid the challenges of addiction, and empowering families to overcome obstacles together. Specializing in gambling and substance use therapy, her approach is a testament to her commitment to transforming lives. Shawna has been working in the field since 2016, and her experience, compassion, and focus on long-term recovery make her an invaluable asset to those seeking a path towards healing and personal evolution.
Janet Carpentier, MSC, LAC, LISAC
With an extensive and diverse career spanning over 30 years, Janet is an experienced and talented addiction therapist who has honed her skills in a wide array of cultural contexts and environments. Her remarkable experience encompasses treating Gambling Disorders, Process Addictions, Substance Use Disorders, Trauma, Mental Health challenges, Co-occurring conditions, and Families dealing with underlying issues. Janet's expertise extends to addressing ACA (Adult Children of Alcoholics) and Al-Anon related concerns, reflecting her comprehensive approach to healing. Her multifaceted background and deep understanding of various therapeutic modalities enable her to provide holistic support, having a profound impact on individuals and their families along their paths to recovery.
Lauren Schwartz, Administrator
Co-founder and a dedicated Administrator at the Addiction Recovery Evolution, LLC., Lauren brings a unique blend of expertise to her role with a background enriched by an Educational Specialist Degree. Lauren’s journey into the field of addiction recovery followed an exciting career change, after 14-years of prior experience in School Psychology. Embracing her role with enthusiasm, Lauren finds fulfillment in her ability to address inquiries, offer guidance, and seamlessly introduce clients to the therapeutic process. Her dedication to facilitating a seamless and supportive experience for clients underscores her commitment to fostering a transformative journey of recovery.
